Return/Exchange Duration and Eligibility

- Our return/exchange window is 7 days. To be eligible for the 7-day return and exchange criteria, you MUST initiate the return process within this timeframe, starting from the moment your order is delivered to you. For example, if you contact us on day 7 but initiate the return process on day 18, you WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE RETURN/EXCHANGE. In case of a chargeback, we will provide your bank with our shipping and return policy, demonstrating that you were informed of these conditions.
